John Ball is ServiceNow’s General Manager of Customer Workflows. He joined ServiceNow after nearly 10 years at Salesforce, where he served as the executive vice president product and general manager of its artificial intelligence platform and applications known as Einstein. Prior to that, he led the customer service product line and spearheaded the acquisition and product strategy for Service Cloud.
John has 25 years of experience developing and expanding enterprise products in rapidly growing markets and extensive expertise in customer self-service applications and predictive analytics. Prior to his role at Salesforce, he was the CEO of KXEN for four years, where he led the transition from a tools company to a predictive applications company.
